+How long does it take to ship my order?

+I entered the wrong address on my order, what do I do?

+Can I return my order for a refund?

+Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Items in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase. You cover return shipping. Upon checkout completion, all entries are automatically submitted to the sweepstakes agency. Each and every order placed within the contest period is entered to win. You can check your entries anytime.
+How will I know if I won?
If you're selected as a potential winner, our Administrator, Compliance Sweepstakes will contact you via the phone number and email address you provided on your order/entry form to congratulate you and set a time for delivery of your prize.
